On a recent visit to the Catracha Coffee Project in Honduras, I came around a corner on a steep, very rough dirt road and ended up face-to-face with this magnificent golden Ox. The farmers in the area use these animals to haul carts loaded with coffee and this particular beast made a strong impression on me.  

Our Roaster's Choice ships on Tuesday and Thursday each week and is selected from the favorite batches on those particular days. The selections are primarily light-medium roasts with the occasional medium-dark coffee. Orders up to four bags will include four different coffees, and more than four might have multiple bags of our very favorite. Give it a shot, and you may get more than you bargained for...
