A constantly evolving blend based on seasonal coffees. Roasted then blended especially for espresso. Also delicious as drip and french press. 

In the cup: silky mouth-feel, heavy, syrupy body. Flavors of roasted nuts and sweet fruit are evident early and bittersweet chocolate rounds out the profile.
