Dark, complex and sweet, very smooth

The traditional coffees of Northern Italy are roasted to a deep, rich flavor with a sheen of oil on the fresh roasted beans. This coffee is roasted in that tradition, but would be considered an Americanized version of this classic roast due to the fine, single estate specialty coffees used in the blend. Indonesian and Central American coffees combine for a superbly balanced, rich, heavy and dark coffee.
